Return Policy

In Store Return/Exchange Policy:  
Return or exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase as long as it's in new condition, unused and unwashed. 
Store credit only, no refunds unless manufacturer defect.

Online Return/Exchange Policy: 
For a full refund please return item(s) within 7 days of the date the merchandise was received. To start a return, email hello@cosube.com and once a return is authorized, you must ship the product back within 7 days (we can receive it after 7 days but it must be in transit within 7 days). 

For store credit please return item(s) within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received. Once a return is authorized, you must ship the product back within 7 days (we can receive it after 7 days but it must be in transit within 7 days). Email hello@cosube.com to start an exchange.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging with tags. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the product is received. Refunds are for full priced merchandise only.

*Yellow 108 Hats are not available for free shipping due to large box sizes and surf boards are only for in-store pick up.
