Grape variety: Tempranillo 100 %
Vineyards: More than 25 years old.
Features: Both processes, the fermentation and maceration, were carried out in stainless steel vats at 28o C getting colour and structure.
Ageing: 12 months in (60%) French and (40%) American oak barrels.
Taste: Good structure. It is tasty, sweet, well balanced, with pleasant smooth tannins and toasty reminders on the finish.
Serving temperature: 15 - 16oC.
